b. To provide graduate students and the faculty an environment conducive to learning and scholarly activities
c. To emphasize the importance of ethical values and leadership in dealing with managerial decision-making
Students are required to complete 11 core courses. Part-time students are required to decide in fourth semester whether for dissertation (6 credit hours) or to take 2 elective courses in lieu of the dissertation. Fulltime students need to decide on this in their second semester.
The dissertation will be in the area of management, and will be supervised by a member of the teaching faculty. Students will be expected to submit a short written proposal of their intended research topic towards the end of the fourth semester. The final dissertation will be due for submission at the end of the final semester or a subsequent date as determined by the Project Paper Committee.

The Management Centre offers full-time and part-time MMgt programme in response to the needs of the nation for well-trained managers. The main purpose of the programme is to develop potential executives for higher managerial posts who will positively influence organizations through high ethical standards and better management skills. The programme will provide rigorous training and experiential learning that emphasizes the development of managerial skills suitable for a wide range of organizations. More specifically, the objectives of the programme are as follows:
a. To provide advanced academic study in management and the acquisition of managerial skills
